The artist reserves the right to produce prints from any paintings he has created.
All transactions must be in US dollars. Payment may be made by PayPal (this also allows for electronic check), Money Order, or Cashiers Check. We do not accept any personal checks.
All shipping is paid by the buyer. Shipping insurance is required, this protects both you and us in case of problems arising during shipping.
The item will be shipped within two weeks of payment confirmation. This does not mean payment receipt, rather confirmation that the funds have processed into our account. This will also allow us time to fulfill our reservation regarding producing prints from the original work of art.
Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery for domestic shipping after the initial period listed above. International shipping may take a little longer. You will be notified as soon as the item ships, and the estimated time of arrival. We will provide a tracking number for you so you may track the shipping progress at your leisure.
Although we will sell and ship to international markets, in the event of a trade restriction we must abide by what ever those restrictions may entail.
If using PayPal to make payment, keep in mind that we will only accept this method for PayPal “Confirmed” accounts unless using PayPal for electronic check. If you are not sure that your PayPal account is a confirmed account, simply login to your PayPal account, go to ”Overview” and look next to “Status”. If you see the word “Confirmed” or “Verified” then your account is a confirmed PayPal account.
If you don't have a PayPal account, please sign up. It's free, fast, and simple. Don't worry, you are not charged any transaction fees if you are the purchaser.
If paying by money order or cashier's check, please send an email to inform us to expect your payment in regular mail so we will be sure to process your payment as soon as it arrives.
